$14.99 / month
Cancel anytime. No refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the period ends.
1. One-Time Report ($9.99)
Because your Full Atelier Report is built specifically for you at the time of purchase — using your unique analysis responses and our proprietary skin curation algorithm — it is a personalized digital product. As such:
- All sales are final once the report has been generated and delivered to your inbox
- We cannot offer refunds based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with skincare recommendations
Exceptions — you are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your report was not delivered to your email within 30 minutes of purchase
- You were charged twice for the same report (duplicate charge)
- A technical error resulted in a blank, corrupted, or clearly incomplete report
To request a refund under these exceptions, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order details. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
2. Monthly Archive Subscription ($14.99/month)
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the billing period ends
- To cancel, email [email protected] or use the cancellation link in your billing email
Refunds for subscription charges:
- We do not offer refunds for the current or past billing periods
- If you were charged after cancelling, you are eligible for a full refund of that charge — contact us immediately
3. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request — [your order number or email]"
- The email address used for purchase
- Your Paddle order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Brief description of the issue
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result
